This update makes it possible to create, edit, and remove subnets for logical networks imported from a Neutron instance that has been added to the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager as an external provider.

Moving to POST till IPAM work includes DNS, D.G, static routes, and IP allocation pools should be configurable for each network.

The main feature is in, the missing fields are being tracked in bug 1064749
