With this update, it is now possible to specify security groups for logical networks provided by a Neutron instance added to the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager as an external provider.

Mostly done, only migration/hibernation support is left.

bug 1048880 tracks the migration support, so this one can be declared MODIFIED.
