Description of problem:
te attached document was created by cut'n'pasting a picture and a table from wikipedia. Moving the table around (inserting or removing new-lines before it, trying to move it onto the first page etc) is _very_slow. And while writer is trying to move the table, it gets unresponsive, e.g. scrolling in the text does not work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libreoffice-4.1.4.2-4.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached document
2. insert lines before the table on the second page, remove lines, try to move it onto first page
3. Note the slowness

It works just fine here: no slowdown.

> try to move it onto first page

Okay, this _is_ slow. It takes 8-10 seconds to move the table. Seems to be fixed on master, though.

dtardon->mstahl: Does this ring a bell?
