Description of problem:

Autologout does not work when user is in VM overview with open snapshot pane.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. logon to webadmin

2. open vm overview

3. select vm

4. open snapshot pane

5. do nothing

Actual results:

connection stays open

Expected results:

autlogout triggers after x minutes

Setting target release to current version for consideration and review. please
do not push non-RFE bugs to an undefined target release to make sure bugs are

sounds like one of the queries called upon auto-refresh of the Snapshots sub-tab is called with VdcQueryParametersBase.refresh='true' instead of 'false' ('true' will keep the session opened forever).

seems it has an adverse effect on browser memory usage too (bug 1058717)
