Description of problem:

Installation via packstack from repo 

http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-icehouse/epel-6/ 

fails in rhel 6.5 with this error

Error: Package: openstack-nova-common-2014.1-0.8.b2.el6.noarch (openstack-icehouse)
           Requires: python-oslo-rootwrap
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

The package python-oslo-rootwrap has been pushed into the RDO icehouse repository for both, epel6 and Fedora 20.
