Description of problem:
There was one (final) correction for libX11/fi_FI Compose file applied recently, it might need to be applied on ibus side as well:

There was also another (cosmetic) change which has no functional changes:

Fixed in ibus.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing ibus-1.5.6-1.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
