Description of problem:

Hello,

python-simplejson was dropped and you'll need to rebuild bodhi against built in json module. Till that time bodhi-client is not installable on rhel-7

This change has been committed upstream and released in bodhi 0.9.8. I will push a new update to epel7 now with the updated requirement.
