Description of problem:
After installing python3-pep8, there is no %{_bindir}/python3-pep8. This is not same as some other python3 packages such as python3-pyflakes. If there is, it'll benefit users to find and execute it conveniently.

there is no python3 version in epel. Assuming you meant fedora. Re-assigning.

* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing python-pep8-1.4.6-2.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.

Please use proper naming for the python3 subpackage with python3 subversion. We've the %{python3_pkgversion} macro therefore.

1. the package is retired.
2. you could have looked at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pep8/blob/f31/f/python-pep8.spec#_28
3. If you still believe you are seeing a bug, then please open a new one, instead of re-using an old one, this here has been fixed 6 years ago.
