The changes that 2.0.7.1 carries when compared with 2.0.7 are related with OS X and thus completely unrelated with linux. The release notes say the same.

Since I intend to start working soon on lyx-2.1 (available at beta 2 now) for rawhide and as there is not any benefit for stable releases I will close this bug as deferred.

The next stable release, either 2.0.8 or 2.1.0 will follow the usual procedure.
