Description of problem:
The user creating an external network should have possibility to create specific type of network (Flat, GRE, VLAN), so specific checkboxes should be added for such cases

VXLAN as well.

The current integration does not support these network types and is focused on VLAN provider networks only, so there is additional work that is required before adding check boxes. I am marking this bug as a duplicate of BZ1077211 which is tracking the addition of overlay networks and GRE/VXLAN.
