It hasn't crashed for me yet. Is this reproducible for you? corebird-0.6.1-20140204git0242e4f.fc20.x86_64 Erm, it's crashing for you in rawhide, not F20. Sure, as this is caused by different glib version. Filed a bug upstream for this issue. https://github.com/baedert/corebird/issues/105 Upstream has posted a patch for this. Would you be able to try the most recent build of the upstream master that doesn't have the patch: http://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/ryanlerch/corebird-unstable/fedora-rawhide-x86_64/corebird-0.6.1-201402061542gitdb3ebac.fc20/corebird-0.6.1-201402061542gitdb3ebac.fc21.x86_64.rpm and see if it fails the same way? If it works at the second attempt, that probably means that no avatar gets cached(that's where the bug *probably* was/is). Can you just rm -rf ~/.cache/corebird (or wherever your $XDG_CACHE_HOME is) and try it again? The old version should reliably fail at every start with an empty cache; the new version should work with an empty cache.
