Description of problem:

1. currently foreman_server.sh install file is not included in any folder under $PATH
which require user to edit/run the script 
under usr/share/openstack-foreman-installer/bin/

This does not required by any other openstack installer.


2. foreman_server.sh should have basic config options and help like

 foreman_server.sh --help 
 foreman_server.sh --FOREMAN_PROVISIONING=false

1. check foreman_server.sh is not in the PATH
2. check there are not config options / help for the foreman_server.sh

openstack-foreman-installer is no longer a supported product.
