Description of problem:
Trying to merge an OpenID account gets the error:
You are already logged in, please log out first if you wish to log in again 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.3.0 RC1

How reproducible:
Easy always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into a zanata account
2. Go to settings, press merge
3. enter a url into the OpenID field and press Go

Actual results:
Login error

Expected results:
Should go to the page indicated in the url field

I did not get the error as description, however, the "Verify Identity" did nothing after I fill in with valid Open Id.

Version I tested with is Zanata 3.3.2 (20140227-2332)
