Description of problem:
Pie chart is missing on home page of dash builder
http://localhost:8080/dashboard/images/home-image.jpg not found

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto http://localhost:8080/dashboard
2. Login with for example UN=user and PW=user
3. After logging in on the right panel there is a image container but not displayed

Actual results:
No pie chart is shown

Expected results:
Pie chart image should be visible
