Description of problem:
If you enable creation of new users and require email there is an exception on missing twisted.mail module

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sagemath-5.13-1.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run sage --notebook
2. login as admin
3. settings->Notebook settings->Authentication: enable user registration and require e-mail for account registration
4. logout / open a separate browser instance / start private mode
5. create new user

Actual results:
you get a blank screen, at the prompt where sage was run you get an exception of failure to import twisted.mail 

Expected results:
Successfully creating a user

sagemath-6.1.1-2.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing sagemath-6.1.1-2.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
