Description of problem:

rich:popupPanel repositioned after second click when domElementAttachment="parent"

How reproducible: 100 %

Steps to Reproduce:

1. get attached RF-11736.zip and extract
2. start JBoss EAP 6.2.0
3. $ cd RF-11736
4. $ mvn clean package jboss-as:deploy
5. open http://localhost:8080/rf-11736/ with a browser.
6. click "Open PopUp with domElementAttachment=parent" button and a panel will pop up in the middle of the screen.
7. click outside of the panel. the panel will hide.
8. click the button again.

Actual results:
The panel pops up in the right and bottom position.

Expected results:
The panel pops up in the middle of the screen.

Additional info:
A workaround exists.
