Title: Can't change branch of a cloned repository

Describe the issue:
When you clone a repository you cannot choose the another branch but master. If you are using gitflow, or another branching methodology it's imposible to work properly


Suggestions for improvement:
Have the posibility to choose into the administration tab the branch you want to use.
