If not installing jspecview manually, when starting jmol
I see:

$ jmol
/usr/bin/build-classpath: Could not find jspecview.app Java extension for this JVM
/usr/bin/build-classpath: Could not find jspecview.applet Java extension for this JVM
/usr/bin/build-classpath: error: Some specified jars were not found

jmol-14.0.7-1.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

Unable to install jmol-14.0.7-1.fc20 .The Requires is added,however,the required
jspecview >= 2-6.1464svn package is unavailable

Package jspecview-2-6.1464svn.fc20, jmol-14.0.7-1.fc20:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing jspecview-2-6.1464svn.fc20 jmol-14.0.7-1.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
