Description of problem:
Mixed group alerts tab shows a "New Definition" button, but you can't create a new group definition on mixed types.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.9

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new mixed group
2.Add the platform resource to the group
3.Add some service level resource to the group
4.Navigate to the mixed group alerts tab

Actual results:
Mixed group alerts tab shows a "New Definition" button

Expected results:
Mixed group alerts tab shows no "New Definition" button

Additional info:
A click on the button does not do anything, it's very confusing
