Previously, detailed messages were not displayed for neither successful logins nor failed login attempts on the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager User/Admin portal. Now, both successful logins and failed login attempts produce a detailed message.

Description of problem:
RHEVM User/Admin portal should display detailed messages back to user with successful/unsuccessful login attempts. Currently, there is no information displayed back to the end-user.

How reproducible:
Log in unsucessfully there is no message in the admin or user portal. 

Expected results:
A message should be displayed and recorded in the admin portal in the even of a successful or unsuccessful login.

Additional info:
The customer has needs this requirment for DOJ security compliance.

Looking in the code those events are supposed to be recorded , therefor , removing the RFE from title and setting that as a regular BZ

Seems as easy fix that can be targeted to 3.4
