502 Proxy Error trying to get to

How reproducible:

Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login
2. Browse to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/editcomponents.cgi?product=Fedora
3. Proxy Error received

I see the same behaviour -- long wait then 502 Proxy Error.

Clearing hotfix flag, as there is a workaround (notedon the original support ticket) that can be used until the next sprint release is deployed (around two weeks from now, subject to passing QE).

With the modified query the page takes about 45 seconds to load on the QE server.
Will test again on partner-bugzilla when it's deployed there.

Correction, on the devel server.
