Description of problem:
The Run Once command in the "Virtual Machines" tab of the WebAdmin Interface allows the use of SPICE in ppc64 VMs, but this display protocol is not supported in this architecture.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure a Data Center, Cluster, Host, a Storage Domain and a VM for the ppc64 architecture
2. Click the "Run Once" button
3. Choose "SPICE" in the display protocol option.

Actual results:
The VM tries to go up, but fails.

Expected results:
This option shouldn't be available in the "Run Once" dialog.

Setting target release to current version for consideration and review. please
do not push non-RFE bugs to an undefined target release to make sure bugs are
reviewed for relevancy, fix, closure, etc.

for future reference - the same problem is demonstrated with Windows 8 where SPICE is disabled in osinfo too
