Description of problem:
Not supported for using sPAPR VLAN in the REST API when creating or updating NICs.

Gustavo, what is the target release for PPC support, 3.4?

Juan, for me, Leonardo and Vitor, the bugzilla not shows the option for edit the "Target Release" or the "Status".

Gustavo, changing the target release is usually done by maintainers, and the status is changed automatically by the integration with gerrit.

But I think that there may be situations where you may need to change, specially the status.

Itamar, should't Gustavo, Leonardo and Vitor have broader bugzilla permissions?

i wasn't aware they can't. need to check. status is changed on merge by gerrit automatically. target release is checked by stable branch maintainer usually prior to merge as well.
