Cause:
When reading CPU statistics, snmpd daemon did not expect that the CPU number can have more than two digits.
Consequence:
snmpd did not show more than 100 processors in HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrProcessorTable.
Fix:
snmpd now does not have any assumption about CPU ID length.
Result:
All CPUs are shown in HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrProcessorTable.
