RHQDS XADataSource resource has incorrect default configuration. Required property Xa Datasource Class is missing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. clean installation of RHQ
2. import RHQ Server resource
3. go to RHQ Server->datasources->XADataSource->RHQDS->Configuration

Actual results:
Required property Xa Datasource Class is missing.

Configuration is without errors

    [BZ 1070668] Incorrect default configuration of RHQDS resource

    Installer code fixed to properly fill xa-datasource-class property when
    creating RHQDS. Class names for postgres, oracle live as constants in java
    class.
