Tomcat6 was upgraded to 6.0.41 in EWS 2.1.0-ER2
Verified in EWS 2.1.0-ER2

Found issue in EL6 errata:
https://errata.devel.redhat.com/advisory/17042/builds

There is not upgraded Tomcat6 (old version) tomcat6-6.0.39-2_patch_01.ep6.el6

Correct version should be like in EL5 errata: tomcat6-6.0.41-1_patch_01.ep6.el5
