Add -DMP_USE_UINT_DIGIT in lib/freebl/Makefile for Linux x86

Description of problem: With the recent update to the koji build systems the nss-softokn i686 build are failing with a segmentation in Rawhide when trying to sign the shared libraries.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.15.5-1

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fedpg clone nss-softoken
2. cd nss-softokn; fedpkg build
3. wait for the build to complete

Actual results:
The i686 fails with a segmentation fault when trying to sign the shared libraries.

Expected results:
Build for all arches complete successfuly

Additional info: The update to the build system has exposed a latent bug on the Makefile for freebl. Stephan Bergmann ran into a similar problem and provided a patch upstream which has been accepted. For details, please see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=972450
