The EAP EC2 errata (2014:17006) needs to have an explicit dependency on EAP errata (2014:17005), otherwise customer might be unable to update their system, depending on the order of the erratas being pushed to RHUI.

This dependency must be defined before passing Errata to QE. It is blocker for us.
