Description of problem:
Create vm runonce,it will install again after reboot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a vm .
2.Run once vm ,add a CD,install OS.
3.After installation ,the vm reboot into the installation screen again.

Actual results:
The vm reboot into the installation screen again
