# chkconfig --list named
service named supports chkconfig, but is not referenced in any runlevel(run
'chkconfig --add named')

It works if added manually. 
This bug is new in test3

This is fixed in bind-9.2.2.P3-8 on rawhide.

Must uninstall and reinstall to make it work correctly.
