Since 0.8.9 gdisk does not depend on libicu by default anymore.

The BR on libicu-devel can be dropped unless we tweak the Makefile to use it (define USE_UTF16 and adjust the linker options).

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing gdisk-0.8.10-2.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
