Description of problem:

Upgrading package java-1.7.0-openjdk breaks alternatives in /etc/alternatives

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.7.0.60-2.4.5.1

How reproducible:
*****************
yum upgrade

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute in terminal "yum upgrade"
2. Execute in terminal "java -version"

Actual results:
No command found

Expected results:
Latest version of java jvm printing.

Additional info:
Upgrading to http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=502800 doesn't work, either.

Alternatives are, and have always been, in automatic mode. Thus, this bug is not a duplicate of bug 1072295
