Current implementation checks if update is available to setup packages before proceeding. If update is found, the entire yum transaction is printed to instruct user to update and re-run setup.

In 3.4 due to the dwh/reports split there are many dependencies for the setup package, so the yum command is very long.

Better if we print only top level setup packages, as dependencies will be managed by yum.
