Description of problem:
There is visible twice the field Date Applied when viewing patch information of a patch, once filled and once empty.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): EAP 6.3.0.DR2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. apply patch
2. click on the patch to see its information

Actual results:
Date Applied field is shown twice

Expected results:
The field is shown only once
