Description of problem:
I see an oops during shutdown about 75% of the time.  Shutdown continues;
subsequent boot seems OK (no automatic fsck).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kernel-2.4.22-1.2096.nptl (athlon)

How reproducible:
Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Shutdown.
2.
3.
    

Actual Results:  Oops in kupdate (will attach output from serial console).

Expected Results:  No oops.

This should be fixed in .2097.
