Patch to fix uid checks and privilege dropping

This patch is additionally needed to allow amandad to work correctly with krb5: Both that amandad initially does not check the uid correctly, and that it did not drop privilege before launching other services.

This version of the patch fixes ID checks and uses the krb5 in memory cache

This version of the patch also enables the in memory cache for krb5, which save a great deal of headache. It was disabled because in the past there were issues with the in memory cache, but this is no longer an issue.
