Description of problem:
Table pagination shows 1-1 of 0 when no records in table. 

How reproducible:
always, 
for example with default installation in Configuration -> General Configuration -> System Properties

Actual results:
"1-1 of 0"

Expected results:
"0-0 of 0" if the numbers really mean number of records (from-to of total)

It seems that this issue was overlook during 6.3. Moving to verified as it is fixed in 6.4.
