Description of problem:
'No Data Available.' is not translated


How reproducible:
In the showed graphics when there are no data available an untranslate message 'No Data Available.' is displayed.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Acces to 'Business Dashboards' navigating in locale different of english
2. Select Workspace 'JBPM Dashboard'
