Description of problem:
As summary

https://maitai-bpms.app.qa.eng.nay.redhat.com based on BPMS6.0.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to maitai bpms site.
2. Clicking Authoring->Artifact repository.
3. Click Refresh link.

Actual Result:
No respond on the page, only Javascript hover on the text as attachment.

Expected Result:
The page is refreshed after clicking the link or there is alert message to user about the refresh is done.

A popup is now shown when the artifact repository refresh completes.

Putting this to modified for evaluation, has been fixed for a while and is in the 6.2.x branch as well.

Verified on 6.1.0.ER5.

Refresh will now show new jars (added for example by build&deploy).
