+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #988422 +++

Description of problem:

We added integration with open stack components like Neutron and Glance.
We would like to add support for installing these services as part of the ovirt installation. 
It could also be an installation that is done during or after the engine installation.

oVirt 3.5 has been released and should include the fix for this issue.
