Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release. Created redmine issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/5950 from this bug I believe this change made it to the snaps already Verified. I dont see empty {} anymore.

Description of problem: I created a CV, publish and promoted to next env, when I go to 'Tasks' tab, I found Publish and Promotion links..
