the selected errata should disappears on clicking 'remove errata', but it doesn't none

Description Sachin Ghai 2014-03-21 09:40:22 UTC
Created attachment 877184 [details]
the selected errata should disappears on clicking 'remove errata', but it doesn't

Description of problem:
UI doesn't raise any notification when we add errata to CV filter or remove it.
In other cases, I see that some small notification updated with green bar, like contents are updated.

In case of removing errata from filter, when you click 'remove errata', nothing happens on UI, neither notification updated nor the selected errata-id disappears. But when you navigates away from 'remove' tab, then listed errata get deleted.

So its hard to find whether the operation was performed or not. Please see the screenshot where I removed the errata but its still listed on UI.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create cv filter of type errata-id
2. add errata, currently one errata-id will be added
3. remove errata, the list should automatically get updated on removal.

Actual results:
UI doesn't update the list on removing errata from list

Expected results:
on remove errata, the list should automatically get updated on removal. or UI should raise small notification. like Filter updated.

QA acked

Comment 4 Brad Buckingham 2014-05-16 20:56:41 UTC
I see the same issue with master in the following scenario:
- create errata by id filter
- add a few errata
- list/remove - immediately remove a few errata

Comment 5 Brad Buckingham 2014-05-16 20:58:00 UTC
Associating this BZ to a redmine issue that describes the issue existing for both errata and package groups.

I was able to add and remove errata to the filter, as I pleased, list was automatically updated, green notification appeared.

This was delivered with 6.0.3, which is the Satellite 6 Beta.
