Description of problem:
libvpx crashes on VP9 encoding on certain Intel cpus

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.3.0-3

How reproducible:
gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc ! vp9enc ! fakesink


Additional info:

Need to run on cpu with ssse3 but not sse4

Package libvpx-1.3.0-4.fc19:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing libvpx-1.3.0-4.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
