Description of problem:
Unable to setup/use non-root Geo-replication

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mainline

How reproducible:
always

Actual results:
With the current changes to Geo-replication, using non-root user (via Mountbroker) to replicate data is not functioning.

Expected results:
Admin should be able to setup and use this feature as expected
