Description of problem:

Tiny Core Linux ISOs are not recognized by libguestfs inspection.

libguestfs 1.25.46

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download an ISO from http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/downloads.html
2. Use virt-inspector, guestfish -i, etc.

Actual results:

No operating system is found in the guest.
