That link no longer works as 0.06 is no longer available on CPAN. Both 0.07 and 0.08 exist.

It should use the perma link http://search.cpan.org/perldoc?Syntax::Highlight::Engine::Kate#PLUGINS

We should rip out Kate and use highlight JS.
