Upgrade to the latest redhat-config-xfree86 from Rawhide and then try to run it from the command line. Does it still fail to run? If so, are there any debug messages printed out on the command line? It's OK with this new release, just my display always not detected and my video card always detected as Radeon 9000 and not Radeon 9000 Pro (may be a problem with XFree itself, i saw an update in rawhide !). Ok, good. You may want to file a new bug if the detection problem persists in the latest XFree86. |
