Description of problem:
I've installed Fedora test3 in German but Mozilla is in English so i had to
download the German languagepack and install it. I think this can be do by
fedora. Nearly all other programms are in german.

1. install fedora test3 in german
2. start mozilla and its in english

1.4.1-9 includes the language packs.  This is already in rahide.
