Description of problem:

Out of the box rhev vdsm doesn't support ethtool_opts field

Upstream feature reference:

Because it can't necessarily be assumed that each host within oVirt will have the same network cards the ethool_opts setting needs to be per host specific.

Works as expected, ethtool_opt settings passed from the engine to the actual device on the host.

oVirt 3.5 has been released and should include the fix for this issue.
