Description of problem: Table 4.2. has parameters listed with no default values and no descriptions: fixed_network_range, floating_network_range, pacemaker_priv_floating_ip.

Are these settings the user doesn't need to adjust? If so, should we bother including them in the table?

Actual results: Table shows a mix of parameters that have information, and ones that don't.

Expected results: If these are values the customer might have to change, it'd be great to have more information about them. If they aren't, perhaps we could call them out differently, or not include them?

These are Foreman host group parameters. Scott, can you fill in the missing bits? I took a look at Foreman doco, but nothing appears to match.

Descriptions are now available for all entries in the tables that outline host group parameters, and an additional note on the nature of 'CIDR format' has been added to the relevant rows to provide a hint as to how to configure the required values.
